From the Arab entrepreneurs who drive our vision to the tools and services sourced from UAE-based companies, GRYP is a product of passion, creativity, and craftsmanship rooted in the United Arab Emirates. We’re committed to supporting local industries and creating something truly homegrown—built by Arabs, for everyone.
Where are you located?
GRYP is Palestinian-owned and female-led business based in Dubai, UAE. We’re proud to serve the local community and beyond with high-quality pilates equipment and accessories which are imported from all around the world.
Is it possible to buy your products in person?
At the moment, we operate exclusively online, so all GRYP products can be purchased through our website or social media pages. However, we’ve got exciting plans in the works, and you might just spot us at a pop-up or event in the future... Who knows?
Where are your items from?
Currently, we offer products from top-quality brands based in Australia. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to expand our catalogue and bring in even more premium brands from around the world to give our customers the best designs and quality available.
Delivery
My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
We understand how important it is for you to receive your pilates equipment promptly. If your order hasn’t arrived after 3 days of placing it, please reach out to us at info@grypit.co or through instagram DMs @gryp.ae.
When you contact us, we’ll either investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it, or provide you with an updated estimated delivery time. We're committed to making sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible, and we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
What is your returns process?
We strive to make the returns process as easy as possible for you. If you need to return an item, we will arrange for someone to pick it up from your preferred location.
Please note that the cost of the pickup will be deducted from the refund amount and a full refund will be issued only if the items are unused and unopened. Unfortunately, once the items have been used or opened, we cannot provide a refund. We ask that customers thoroughly review the state of the product before requesting a refund. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to share an image or video with us via e-mail or Instagram DMs before initiating a refund.
These terms are contingent on whether the items are eligible for return, as some items are not eligible for returns or refunds. You can find this information clearly marked on the product page itself. Thank you for understanding, and if you have any further questions, feel free to reach out!
What are your delivery times?
Our processing time is 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. Once your order is processed, delivery typically occurs within 3-5 business days. This may be subject to change during launch and promotional events.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the GCC. However, we're excited about expanding our shipping options in the future, and we hope to offer international delivery soon. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to grow and explore new ways to serve customers worldwide!
What are the delivery charges?
We charge a standard delivery fee that will be applied on your checkout page.
Orders below 250 AED will incur a service charge of 15 AED to cover shipping costs in UAE and AED 35 for other GCC countries.

What happens if an item sells out?
If an item sells out, don’t worry! You can sign up to receive an email notification as soon as it’s back in stock. Just click the “Notify Me” button on the product page, enter your email, and you’ll be the first to know when it's available again. We’ll make sure you don’t miss out on your favorite gear!
What size are your socks?
We currently stock a unisex one-size model from all our brands which suits all feet sizes from 37-44.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount. You can order as little or as much as you like! Whether you’re picking up a single item or stocking up on all your pilates essentials, we’ve got you covered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Ziina, which supports Visa, Mastercard, and Google Pay or Tabby if you wish to pay in installments. This makes it easy and secure for you to complete your purchase using your preferred payment method!
Do you offer bulk orders for resale?
We do offer bulk orders for resale, but the wholesale discounts are customized and given on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in placing a bulk order, please reach out to us at dina@grypit.co, and we'll be happy to discuss your needs and provide more details.
